Our flatmate had to move out sooner than expected and we are therefore looking for a friendly professional to share our lovely apartment. The room is a modern double ensuite with power shower with instant hot water, loo and sink, solid pine wardrobe and bedside tables - own bed needed. Parking available outside complex or in nearby residential streets. Apartment is large and all 3 bedrooms have bathrooms. All walls are magnolia and hallway and kitchen have solid pine floors. We also have wireless broadband. It is a second floor apartment so is completely secure and windows can be left open all day. The flat is only 7 years old and is lovely! The room is available as of 1st December.
