I have a 4 way professional let with 2 double bedrooms coming available at the beginning of March. It is a nice house close to the town, the house is on the London Road in Cheltenham and is about a 15-20 walk into town. There is a courtyard garden with a shed to store bikes in. There is a living area and kitchen which has white goods in it. The bedrooms are all furnished with double beds, wardrobes and drawers.
The utility bills are included in the rent for the rooms (£350 pcm) which also includes council tax and wireless broadband. The contract is set up for an initial 6 months and will then run on a month by month basis. Before tenancy can be taken up we do require a reference from both your current/previous landlord and employer. A deposit of £350 is also required and this is held with the Deposit Protect Service and returned to you at the end of your tenancy providing it is left in a reasonable condition.
