From 1st December we have available a double room to let in a lovely new house on Albany Gardens, in the Hythe area of Colchester. Great location being convenient for the University and town centre.
All rooms are fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. The ground floor double room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table all from the Ikea Malm range.
The communal rooms are furnished and equipped with all mod cons. The large kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, microwave, 2 fridge freezers and 4 seater table for dining. All cooking equipment, utensils and crockery are provided.
The lounge has a large flatscreen TV, freeview and DVD player, two sofas and a dining area with a 6 seater dining table.
