Hi, my name’s Mario (i'm italian) .
I’ve got three houses to rent. All of them are in Chelmsford, close to the rail station, about 10 -15mins walking.
I’ve got double and single rooms. The house are fully furnished, including crockery, cutlery, glasses,pans, microwave, toaster and kettle, plenty of fridges, oven with grill, washing machine and dishwasher (all in good condition) and many numbered cupboards and drawers for each tenant. They also have dining room, garden and car park.
All the house are clean and quiet, suitable both for students and for workers. The tenants are young (19-33) and the atmosphere is friendly.
All the houses have been recently renewed. They have been painted and nice and new tiles have replaced the old carpet. The bathrooms are completely new and modern, with showers and shelves for personal use.
All the rooms have got bed, television, wireless connection, desk and shelves. I will also be happy to provide you any extra furniture in case you may need.

1 large double room from the 1st july (navigation road-5 min from town) £480 for single person,520 for couple
1 double room from the 1st july (arbour lane10min from town) 420 for single person,500 for couple
