Hiya :) I am a young professional looking for to rent my spare room for a minimum of 6 months.

A spacious double room with brand new carpets and wardrobe, plus additional storage. The room is to be redecorated any day (it will of course be completed before it should be occupied), and should I find a suitable tennant they can choose the decoration. A brand new extended dining kitchen that spans the length of the house (all new fridge, freezer, washer/ dryer, cooker, oven, microwave), large living room with new leather furnishings overlooking the back garden (with 48 inch plasma telly - my baby!), and a separate front room currently being converted into a new dining room. A brand new bathroom suite fitted last week, garden decking is being fitted before Christmas. A nice warm house with central heating throughout and a gas fire in the living room. New carpets throughout the entire property, floor tiles have underfloor heating, large double drive, front and back garden. My house is perfect for access, less than 5 mins walk from the local amenities (incl. the pubs!) 10-15 mins drive from Derby city centre, 2 mins from the A50 and less than 10 mins to the M1, 5 mins to the Derbyshire countryside. The house is a private, extended end-terrace, not overlooked and in a quiet cul-de-sac. Ideally I am looking for a similar young professional to rent a room for at least 6 months. I smoke occasionally, but only outside.
