Preferred room and flatmate description
Hi there, we are looking for a professional person to share a recently refurbished, lovely house (with a fabulous south facing garden) in a quite residential street.
All bills included in room rate, including, council tax, gas, electric, TV, internet access and evening phone calls to land lines.
You can take your pick of two different double rooms and if only required for part of the week we are happy to negotiate on the price. It is also possible to have use of another room as a private study/living space) or to have sole use of the top floor of the house (2 double rooms and 1 single) price to be negotiated.
The road is a pleasant residential one with lovely neighbours.
There is plenty of parking available on the road outside of the house & good public transport links into Manchester / Bury etc - the nearest tram stop is Woodlands Road or Crumpall Lane both c. 8 -10 min walk away. Bus stop into town at the end of the road. Close to North Manchester General Hospital (I've never done it but I guess it would be approx 15min walk)
The house has a large modern fitted kitchen with a range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. It has a breakfast area that opens via patio doors to a very large well tended south facing garden.
There is a good sized dining/living room and a further separate Living room which over looks a stone church.
The house is fully alarmed, with an interlinked fire alarm on all levels and pressed panel fire doors throughout.
We refurbished the whole house as our family home 4 years ago - so the whole house is renovated to a high standard.
There is one bathroom at 1st floor level, with a separate shower, bath and wc and basin and a WC and basin atsecond floor level.
We are both professional people with an honest, happy out look on life. Ideally tenants should be like minded, professional people.
