Room available in 3 storey maisonette situated in Cavendish road. It's a quiet area and being just a stone's throw away from the town centre, the beach, Charminster and the train station/travel interchange, it's a really trendy yet handy location to live.
There are plenty of on and off road parking spaces available, use of stylish and modern facilities with unlimited access to broadband internet.
I'm a chilled out, clean and very tidy guy. I have an active lifestyle and don't tend to spend that much time at home.
I'd ideally prefer a non-smoking, clean and tidy professional to rent the room out. Gender is not important.
The room available is Bedroom 1 from the floor plan in my pictures. It's on the top floor.
