Situated near, A45. Local shops, pubs, parks etc, 2 miles from Warwick University, less than mile from City Centre. There is easy parking on the road outside the house but sadly no off road parking.
Existing tenant is Supervisor of security at Warwick University and working shifts (including nights) so fairly quiet, respectful person preferred. Suit professional looking for somewhere peaceful or 'studious Student' :-)
A very friendly and clean house, however you must be able (and willing) to keep the communal areas clean and tidy. All Bills included in the rent.
