Preferred room and flatmate description
I have a room to rent in my three bedroom house, ideally suited to somebody who works in Leeds during the week, but spends weekends away. The rent is £300 per calender month, which includes all bills (e.g., council tax, TV licence, broadband, Sky TV, gas, water, electricity).
I am 30 and work as a university lecturer/sport psychologist in professional sport - mainly rugby union and golf. Into the usual things such going out for a few beers, cooking, playing sport etc.
