We're looking for two new female housemates, to join two guys, (Tom 30 and Matt 34, who is also live-in landlord), to enjoy living in our chilled out and happy home. If you like good banter, socialising and can clean up after yourself, please get in touch!
The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with good on-street parking and easy access to local shops, bars, restaurants and public transport to the city centre, Headingley, Harrogate and more.
There are two rooms available: 1) Double on the 1st floor, furnished with bed, large under the stairs wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, and a shelving unit. 2) Large double on 2nd floor with bed, wardrobe, shelving unit, chest of drawers, and desk & chair. There is a bathroom on both 1st and 2nd floors, so just two housemates sharing each one.
The atmosphere of the house is chilled out during the week but equally like enjoying the weekends.
Rent for the rooms are £340pm and £375 respectively (including tv licence, broadband internet, council tax and Virgin+) with gas/electric/water on top (currently £30 pm, but we’re always comparing the cheapest suppliers).
