Large double room in nice mid-terrace in Chapel Allerton, Leeds. Room includes double bed, large built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers & TV unit. Patio/Garden, open plan kitchen-dining room, Lounge, Bathroom, Utility room, spare room, Wireless 10mb broadband, Cable TV, telephone.
Sharing with myself: relaxed, easy to live with, into sports and outdoors, mountain biking/walking.
Be nice to have someone with shared interests. I like watching films, comedy TV programmes and going out. I'm currently working shifts so will be up early some days and late others (7am-3. 30pm and 10. 30am-7pm).
The Three Hulats pub is just a stones throw away with Tesco/takeaways/bars nearby. Excellent for lively Chapel Allerton scene and commuting to city centre and surrounding areas. Buses go into town every 10 minutes.
Very good value rent includes SOME bills (council tax/water/cable tv/broadband, TV license) excludes landline use, electric and gas (currently about £45pp). Give me a ring or text if you want to have a look or know anymore. I cant emails as not a premium member.
