Hi,
We’ve got a double room available in our clean and friendly shared house in Chapel Allerton. We are two guys and one girl, 24-29, looking for another young professional (non-smoker) to join us. Lizzie is a nurse, Owen works at a stock brokers firm and I'm a civil engineer. Rent is £200 which includes shared living room, bathroom, kitchen, gardens, and free parking on the street immediately in front of the house. Bills are about £70 per person per month and they include wireless internet, tv, washing machine and all other utilities.
