Preferred room and flatmate description
Nice double room in spacious victorian terraced house available from December onwards.
There is currently two girls and a guy living here and we are looking for like-minded sociable and tidy professional or grad student to move in. We work in and around Reading and like socialising and having the odd glass of wine in the evenings.
To give you more of an idea about the house, there are four double bedrooms which are over 3 stories, a communal lounge/diner and a large kitchen. We also have a nice garden/patio for the odd BBQ (check out the pics as well).
The house is in a ideal location for amenities, a 5 minute walk away from the train staion and a 10 minute walk into town.
