We are looking for a professional female to move in from early January 2012, however, there is a degree of flexibility with the move in date. We are 3 young professionals (2 guys and 1 girl) who get on well and consider each other as friends not just housemates. But we do not live in each others pockets as we all have our separate lives and can be pretty busy. Subsequently, we are seeking someone who is of a similar mould, easy to get along with (i.e., happy to watch tv, go to pub quiz etc), and generally has their own friends/lifestyle around this area.
Our interests include the usual cinema, gigs, do some exercise to keep fit, or play sport, race for life and so forth. Generally we are all quite sporty but also creative too, we have a mixed range of interests but happy to play on the wii, watch dvds, go to the countryside and the beach, watch live sport pretty much anything and everything. So if you have similar interests then we are likely to get one well.
Now the important part - We have a double room for rent! The room is fully furnished with a chest of drawers, double bed, bedside table/draws and a built in wardrobe. Overall the room and the house is really light and big. It has 4 bedrooms and one small spare room used for storage / drying clothes. We have 1 upstairs bathroom with shower and separate bath and toiled. And there is an additional toilet downstairs so we never have to que. You will also find a large kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine (all downstairs). The lounge and dining room are combined in one large room, we have a dining table, chairs and 2 sofas. Comfortable surroundings with 28" tv, sky + and wireless broadband throughout the house.
Overall, the house is really good, it is an end of the terrace but not on the end of the road so it is quiet and secure. There is parking on the street, the house is large and has light rooms, great garden/patio for bbq and soaking up the sun (not in the winter mind). Essentially, a relaxed house where we all get along and come and go as we please. If this sounds like something your interested in then give us a call and come and check it out.
