I have one double room with a three quarter bed to enable plenty of leg room, in a 4 bed professional only house. You will be sharing with two female and one male.
Property is completely fully furnished with all mod cons fitted. House is maintained to a nice clean standard with cleaning rota in place.
If your one to leaving a mess and not able to clean up after yourself, then please go and bother somebody else. This house is not for you.
A south facing patio out the back with BBQ, which captures all day sunshine from morning til night. Ideal for sunbathing.
Kitchen is completely utilised with all cutlery and dishes in place for your use.
Shared bathroom with bath shower in place. Both kitchen and bathroom will be decorated within weeks.
Roath park is within ten minutes walk, city centre can be walked within 20 minutes and bus services in and out of the city every 7 minutes.
There is a mix of permit and free parking outside on the street.
Supermarket less than two minutes walk around the corner along with a large mixture of bars, restaurants, shops, stores and so on.
