You would be sharing with a young and recently married couple.
The room is furnished, and whilst there wouldn't be dedicated bathroom facilities, we do have an ensuite ourselves, so there will be no fighting for the family bathroom.
The house includes all the usual facilities such as dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave etc. It also includes wireless broadband, Sky HD & home cinema, pool table, and home gym equipment.
There is parking available, the house is alarmed, and there are very nice gardens front and back with a patio area.
Castle Donington is directly on the A50, and you can be at J24 of the M1 from the house in 3 minutes.
