I'm Nick and I have a variety of size rooms available with largest being a double room available (18ft x 12ft) for clean professionals. This room is on the 2nd floor of a 300 yr cottage in the village of Castle Donington where all amenities are within a 2 minute walk. I have recently moved to Castle Donington and what a great decision, I'm still close enough to Derby (20 mins max) should I want to visit, but, far enough away to get away from surburban/city hussle and bussle.
The house has recently had some extra decoration done and rooms are available. Whilst the house is steeped in history, it is equipped with WiFi througout and Sky TV in the lounge; there is also a TV in the kitchen/dining room area.
The rooms are decorated to a high standard and all come complete with a double bed and linen, with the exception of room 4 which is a single.
The house is very homely, clean & tidy and ready for a like minded person(s) to enjoy and relax.

A litle bit about me... I am 40 years old and I'm a Sales Director for a large construction merchant; I work and enjoy life to the full! I love socialising and being a good host / friend. I love cooking, music, sports, walking and yes going to the gym. I used to be a club dj so I still listen to alot of club music (as well as alot of other styles), but not so loud these days!!! I am very house proud and like a clean environment to live in. I have a jack russell dog called "Wilma" who is the life and soul of the house, but generally well behaved. So if you're up for a laugh in an old house with all mod cons get in touch!!!
