Preferred room and flatmate description

Person wanted to share 3 bed semi in Castle Donington in quiet location close to East Midlands Airport. Double furnished room and use of single bedroom with desk for extra storage/study. Newly fitted kitchen diner with large fridge freezer, double oven, washing machine and dishwaher. Recently decorated shared bathroom with shower over bath. Outside there is off road parking for up to 3 cars to the front of the property.

All bills are included in the rental and I can provide and launder towels and bed linen for the price too. I have permanent wireless broadband which is also included. THe only thing that is not included is use of the land line although this could be arranged if necessary.

There is only myself and my dog living at the house and i'm out most of the day. I work for a nearby local authority so i work monday -friday. I'm a friendly girl who prides herself on being a good host and i'm also obsessively clean especailly with the bathroom and kitchen.

I'm really looking to find airport staff/student pilots on a short term basis. I've recently undertaken post graduate study so i understand how important it is to be left alone to hit the books as well as how welcoming a cup of tea and a chat can be when your brain hurts.

I'm flexible and able to let the room on a 'play it by ear' basis if your unsure how long you will or will not need it for. There is easy access to local amenties and transport links, especially the airport.
