The room for rent is a good size, includes furniture (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a computer desk) The rent is inclusive of all bills.
I have been living in this house for a couple of years now and currently rent one of the rooms to a friend and her partner. We are all easy going and friendly and are looking for someone else to move in.
I am looking for an interesting person who is not against getting to know the people that he or she lives with, having a laugh and a bit of banter.
