Preferred room and flatmate description
Looking for mature (23+) working males or females requiring a short or longer term let in clean professional house. You would be sharing initially with three clean and tidy professional guys.
I have two double rooms to let at the moment and one of the others will be available soon. They are large, clean freshly re-decorated with new carpet and curtains and fully furnished. There is both a bathroom (recently refurbished) and a shower room (newly refurbished.) The large shared dining-kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave etc. There is also a comfortable TV lounge. We have ample parking at the rear of the property and a garden. The house is is only 10 minutes from the city centre and is near a major bus route.
Wireless internet access is also available. Rent is inclusive of gas electricity wireless internet council tax and water rates!
