Double room to rent.
You get a friendly, and quiet dog included in your rent, garden and undercover bbq, wireless internet access, neighbours that won't complain if you have loud music on. Home cinema in living room with all kinds of DVDs to watch. A pillion ride on the bike if you fancy it isn't out of the question either.
Parking is on street only and would most likely be on a small side street opposite the house. For those that don't have a car then the town is only 10 minutes march away and there are plenty of local shops and takeaways within 5 minutes.
You must be clean, tidy and trustworthy and willing to help out when it comes to household chores all in a non OCD way. Finally, to throw a fly or two in the ointment I'm a very straight acting gay male.
For anyone just needing a week night crash pad there is a single room available for £260/month £60/week
