The building is a lovely three story ten bedroom building in central Carlisle, a five minute walk from the University.
The rooms are very spacious, and we manage the property ourselves, and the communal areas are all regularly cleaned.
The building is centrally heated, part double glazed, has a communal sitting room and two communal bathrooms and Kitchens. The building is licensed with the Local Authority.
Eight rooms are doubles and two are singles. Each room has wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and double bed with bedding.
On site parking is available. The Kitchen has cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
The prices are £316 per calendar month including bills. The deposit would be £200.
