Preferred room and flatmate description

I am a young professional/graduate (23 female). Looking for preferably a double bedroom houseshare, with parking, for at least 6 months. Ideally looking for the rent to include bills, and council tax (looking to pay around £250 a month in total). Would like a property in the Cathays/Roath area, but other areas will be considered if you have something suitable.

I have lived in Cardiff before, as a student, so now wish to return to work! I'm a clean, tidy, fun, genuine person looking for decent housemates to share a property with.
