Preferred room and flatmate description

Hello.

My name is Steve and I'm looking to rent a medium to large double room in a shared house (I need a bit of space to use a weights bench). I run a small screen printing business in Pontcanna with two other partners. Work has been my priority the last 18 months and I've been trying to find somewhere closer to work, but this has proved very tricky!

I have lived in house shares for the last 15 years and would say I'm a clean, tidy and conciderate housemate. I'd even go as far as saying I'm pleasant company!

I have no fear of cleaning rotas or housework in general. I'd prefer living in a mixed house because in my experience it works best. I would prefer a room with the bills and council tax, separate/not included. I would also like to rent where I can deal directly with the landlord as opposed to an agent.

I also have all my own bedroom furniture so unfurnished would be a preference.

A bit about me...I am interested in all aspects of art and design, though not much of a football fan I'm affraid! I try to stay fit and healthy and enjoy cycling and occasionally running or weight training. I do enjoy a nice glass of wine...or two.

Ideally, I'm looking for a home not just a room to rent. I had to move recently because my flat mate wanted to move in with her boyfriend at the end of our contract. Before that, I had lived at one address for four years. I'm currently staying with family, so could move in imediately!

If you want to know anymore just ask, these 'description' things are always a bit tricky!
