Preferred room and flatmate description

i am looking for a double room sutable for a young couple that would accept pets as i have 1 dog and 1 cat that me and my partner couldn't bare to part with. we both currently live with our parents and are looking to get onto the next step to being independent. neither of us are currently working but are looking for work tirelessly. we would require broadband so if it is not allready at the property we would be quite happy to get it ourselves and share usage with other tenents. we are both smokers but will happily go outside.
