Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi, im looking for a double room in a shared house in or around Cardiff. Ideally i'd like to share a house with male / female or mixed household who are freindly and outgoing. My preference (but not essential) would be for a medium to large size room, off road parking and a decent lounge / tv room.

Im a professional worker, clean, considerate but also friendly and outgoing. I have varied interests from outdoor activities eg mountain biking, hiking, eating out, sociolising etc. I can cook, clean etc and Im considerate of others, but also know how to have a laugh.

Im looking to move on or before 25th November.
