Preferred room and flatmate description

Just moved back into the area, looking for a 1 or 2 flatmates to share with. My plan is to get a flat in Cardiff Bay, as there pretty decent 2/3 bed places around there at reasonable rates. Ideally the flat needs to have room for some furniture i've got, a sofa, couch, desks, bookcases, TV stand etc. After a reasonable size room so I can get a desk in there for work.

I think i'm pretty laid back and easy to live with, I try to get along with others and look to compromise on house sharing issues. I'm a bit of a film fan, and go to the cinema regularly I've a dvd collection and small home cinema setup I can bring to a flat. I go to a church so do some community stuff through that. I play organised basketball a couple of times a week. I also play 5-aside football weekly with a group of friends, so a new flatmate would be welcome to join us. Obviously enjoy general socialising etc.
