Preferred room and flatmate description

I have moved further out of Cardiff for work reasons and need someone to takeover my tenancy ASAP. The flat is first floor and waterfront facing. You would have your own car parking space in a secure car park with fob entrance only and the use of the main bathroom in the property. The other flatmate has her own ensuite so it woud only ever get used by anyone else if guests come around which is not often atall! The room is a double with a bed included, wardrobe with shelves and drawers and 2 bedside tables. The open plan Kitchen/Lounge is very spacious and modern with a fab view over the water! The bus stop is just outside front door and attrctions such as WMC and Mermaid Quay are just a few minutes walk away ( if that!) Rent is £325 pcm and bills come to approx £75 per month so approx £400 a month all in. (This includes water,electric, wireless broadband etc)
