Preferred room and flatmate description

Modern build, furnished 3 bedroom flat in Atlantic Wharf with parking space. Walking distance to both the Bay and the City Centre. The bedroom has a new carpet, wardrobe, dresser, a Juliet window and T.V hub for Freeview. All the other rooms are great too, the living room has an overhead projector and is newly furnished, bathroom and kitchen fitted with all standard amenities and are more than adequately sized. The rent includes ALL bills including wireless broadband and sky in the living room. You would be sharing with myself and and one other male professional(Gavin,27) who has been here 3 months. We both work Mon-Fri, love are music(mainly Indie, but still eclectic), try keep active in the week, tend to go out on weekends, clean and tidy.... We have lived with both males and females in the past so have no preference of gender, though we would be looking for a fellow young professional who is like minded and up for a laugh.
