Hi I am looking for somebody to share, I am a professional female, tidy and keep myself to myself! I do smoke but only in my room. The flat is in a good location, close links to M4, within walking distance of Cardiff Central train station and Cardiff Bay station. The room for rent also comes with allocated parking space as I do not drive. The flat is quite large, benifiting from a large spacious lounge with juliet balcony, views over the Wharf pub and Atlantic Wharf and large fitted kitchen including washer/dryer, oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer.
The rent is £300 per month and bills are approx £80 per month. The bond is £300 and the room is available ASAP
