Friendly house in Victoria park area. Female only to share with 4 other professional girls.
Bond £300. Rent £300 per month, includes all bills, except gas and electricity (usually total of bout £30 every 3 months), wireless internet, weekly cleaner. There is 1month notice period and no length of contract.
The house was redecorated in 2008/2009 with new Ikea kitchen and bathroom, carpets and double glazing, new boiler for heating system. The kitchen has dishwasher, 2fridges, double sink and range cooker. There is TV, DVD and freeview box. The bathroom has a whirpool bath, waterfall shower and handheld shower. There is a firepit, Chiminea and furniture in the garden.
The room has a wooden double bed, wardrobe, chest or drawers and plenty of storage and shelves. This can be rearranged or changed to suit.
There are pubs, take-aways, restaurants and Chapter arts centre within walking distance. Pontcanna is a short walk with all the shops and restaurants and bars.There is also a Spa, Tesco extra and Somerfield. There are 3parks within walking distance. So everything on the door step!
There is free parking in the street. The bus stop at the end of the road has buses to town every 5mins which take 7mins to town and there is a bus to the bay too. Which is great in the summer!!
