Hi.

We've got 1 great double room available at the moment - the whole place has recently been redecorated and had new carpets throughout. Price includes council tax, electric, and gas.

It's a lovely place, turn of the century, huge kitchen, original paving in the hall area, stripped wood floorboards and real fire place in the massive double sitting room, and a great garden for summer bbqs. Comes fully furnished with all the usuals you'd expect in the kitchen.

There's a pub opposite (though not too close for noise), and loads of shops just round the corner. It takes about 20 mins to walk to the center of town and easy access to M4 - on loads of bus routes. Broadband installed.

We're looking for an easy going type who will look after their own mess. The pictures are of the shared areas, let me know if you want to see the individual rooms. No smokers I'm afraid, we like the house smelling nice!
