I'm 32, in full time employment and also studying at the same time. I'm looking for somewhere fairly quiet and out the way. I'm tidy, considerate and clean up behind me, and I'm sure my current landlord would confirm that if need be.
I don't have a specific moving date and I don't know how long I'd be looking to stay but I anticipate it would be long-term. I have a car so I do need a parking space.
Its not just a room I'm looking for but also a couple of housemates who I can feel comfortable and become friends with. I'm thoughtful and fairly quiet and I'll not be staggering in drunk every weekend or anything like that.
I'm happy living with guys or girls.
