The house is 12 mins walk to Warwick Uni and Tesco. No 19 bus takes u to Coventry city centre.
All houses are well maintained, fully furnished and rooms are all clean and comfortable, sharing with other mature postgrad students. My houses are not suitable fordirty, noisy party animals as everyone is serious about their studies and want a respectful, quiet house! There's a weekly rota for house cleaning.
Included in the rent: Water, TV License, Broadband and garden maintenence. U have to pay your share of gas/electric on prepaid meters, averaging about £10 p.w. in winter and £4 p.w. when the central heating goes off.
