From July, we are looking for a friendly housemate to share with 4 others. We have a furnished double room available in a lovely modern detached house in West Canford Heath near the lake for £400 including bills.
The house is fully furnished with wireless broadband, cooker, microwave, washing machine, and a pool/snooker table in the conservatory. Outside, there is also a garden and patio with BBQ. Each bedroom has a freeview aeriel connection, and there is also a 50" full-HD TV and surround sound DVD in the shared lounge. There is also space for a bike in the garage.
The house is near a small fishing lake beside Nuffield Estate and is on a good bus route, 3 miles from the centre of Poole (buses every 20 mins), and 6 miles from Bournemouth (buses every hour).
The existing housemates have a professional lifestyle and everyone is friendly towards each other.
The deposit is £400, with 50% required up-front to secure the room, and the balance when you move in. For a couple, the deposit is the same and the monthly rent is £30 extra to cover the increased share of the bills.
