The house is at 2 minutes, walking distance, form Canada water(underground,bus,and overground station), 5 min walking from surrey quays shopping centre, 5 min walking to rotherhithe overground station , 2 min walking to southwark park.
Always at 5 min walking distance there is the surrey quays shopping centre with lots of shops and a tesco's open 24/7.
At 10 min walking there is the leisure park with odeon cinema, bowling, bingo and differents restaurants.
The rent is £650 and include internet water and council tax+ electricity and gas bills to share .
