Hi, my name is Steph and I currently live in this flat which is owned by my parents. I am a student and currently studying Law at university; I would like someone who is easygoing, but tidy! who is around my age range; preferably someone who is single too, I feel this complicates things less. The building I live in is portered 24 hours a day so its very secure; and there is a rubbish collection every day except Sunday so there isn't the drama of dragging a trash bag to the kerb. Anyway, I get on with most people and I like to have a laugh, I also like to go out a lot so I hope this won't be a problem. The room that is available is not an ensuite but there is a bathroom directly next to it which would be yours to use
I'm not a fan of rules, (who is really?) but the only major rule I have is that strangers can't stay the night here, sorry. I would also need to meet anyone who you would want to bring over; I have had problems in the past with peoples partners/friends concerning theft so I would need to trust the person first. However I'm a flexible person and this is not an absolute rule; it may be up for negotiation depending on how we get on. I would prefer someone who is willing to rent for at least 6 months and depending on how things go it can be extended.
I know that it says Camden on the location but the flat is very close to Regents Park and only a few meters from Baker Street station so it has very good transport links (Zone 1)
