Preferred room and flatmate description

We are a young professional couple who work full time with 2 spare rooms upstairs - one room is a double bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and drawers and the other is a private lounge area with 2-seat sofa. We have a large kitchen with all mod-cons, a family bathroom and a patio garden. There is ample space for parking on the road outside the house (there is no through-traffic, only residents of our road) and shops, pubs and takeaways near by. Totton centre (including train station) is a 5 mintue drive from the house and there is a bus stop within a 2 minute walk. The M27 is very easily accessible (less than a 5 minute drive) but don't worry, you can't hear the motorway traffic in the garden!

We are looking for a clean and tidy housemate who does not mind cats (we have 3, but they are all well behaved and will not go in to your areas!). The rent will include all bills, access to broadband internet, and the option to have Sky installed for your own use (we currently have Virgin and an extra box would also be an option). Food and phone are not included.

We haven't included photos of the rooms as they are in use by our current lodger, but please let us know if you have any questions!
