Nice bright Single room in a house where I live with my grown up daughter and cat. We are easy going, busy professional women, both of us work in the fitness industry so we are often at work in the evening. This means the house is often very quiet.You would have full use of all facilities and in the summer we have a large conservatory and garden which is lovely to sit in when the weather is fine. Watford junction is only 15-20minute walk and the town centre is about a 10-15 minute walk. The room would suit you if you want privacy at times yet a friendly face for a cup of tea and a chat when desired. Maybe a bottle of wine and a film when it is time to chill.
