hi i am looking for someone to rent out my single room at the cost of 260pcm bills included but no shopping an arrangement can be made for things we will use together ie toilet rolls washing powder cleaning products... i have a 3 bedroom house just outside the centre of bury right next to a big field that leads onto a park. its a really quite area. i am 23 and i work full time. i currently have a lad living with me aged 27. the room comes with a bed and a wardrobe. there is also a shower in bathroom. down stairs there are 2 reception rooms and seperate kitchen so if you wanted a bit of space but not to sit in your room there is a place you can do this. i have sky tv and braodband. and the room is available from 7th anything more you need to know feel free to ask.. look forward to hearing from you :) laura
