Two rooms are available close to the town centre literally 2-3 minutes walk. Both a single and a double room are available to rent in a 3 bed room terraced house. Both rooms are fully furnished and newly decorated with use of a communal bathroom which has both a shower and a jacuzzi bath. You will have shared use of a modern bright kitchen which includes a washing machine. There is also a separate lounge for lodgers to use with full Sky TV and WiFi. Sorry we have a no pets and no DSS policy. The Deposit is £350 and all bills are included in the rent. Students are very welcome :)
