Preferred room and flatmate description
A semi-detached newly decorated house( South Manchester), with a new bathroom and kitchen with all modern conveniences (washing machine,dryer, microwave etc.)
We are close to Manchester university, City Centre (15 minutes on the bus and only one stop to Picadilly train station) Transport is frequent and good to also Didsbury, Stockport.and Airport etc
House is clean, comfortable and quiet with lovely views and large garden (fruit trees etc) and overlooking Heaton Moore golf course trees.
Long and short term available. Any age or sex/orientation.
I am easy to get on with and am tidy ,clean and reasonably quiet. Would not want to intrude on anyone's personal space. All who have stayed here are still in contact with my self and each other.
