I have a double room available in my house in Burley, Leeds.The house is in a good area near lots of shops, take a ways etc... It is a 5 minute bus ride to Leeds city centre or if you are feeling energetic a 15 minute walk to Leeds, 10 minute walk to Headingley and both universities and 5 minute walk to the Vue cinema/ Virgin Active complex.

The house is a good standard and is a 5 bed, 2 bathrooms a large living room and dining kitchen with Washing machine, Cooker, microwave etc... There is central heating through out, and double glazing.

All the rooms are doubles and come with bedroom furniture as well door locks.

The rent is £300 per month including bills.
