Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi, I am advertising to replace myself as tenant of my room. Situated within VERY close proximity to Sheffield University, the city, shops, great public transport AND bars-what more could a student want! Unfortunately I have to leave my room but I am sure someone will find and enjoy this gem of a student bedroom! The room is part of a large 4 bedroom period property literally in the centre of Broomhill, Sheffield. The university campus is under ten minutes away by foot and you cannot fault the location if you are a student as I am! S10 is one of the most desirable areas for students at Sheffield university and is alive with social activity- we had to get in there early and fight to get the house in the first place! I have three fantastic female house mates who would most definately welcome a new face (females only i am afraid)! The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, all rooms have double beds, wardrobes, storage,very modern and recently refurbished kitchen, large rooms throughout, internet access, fire alarms/fire doors and ALL the bills are included in the rental price! I will be very sorry to see this room go but am unable to change my circumstances. The landlord and estate agent (Tapton Estates) managing the house are friendly, trustworthy and reliable- they are more than willing to help with anything and I mean anything!
