I am looking for a mid to late twenties professional person to share a high spec. luxury apartment on one of Sheffields premier roads. The hospital and university are both within walking distance , there is secure off road parking , communal gardens , internet access sky tv,utility room and views over the recently refurbished botanical gardens. There is also a telephone entry system and the apartment is furnished to a high standard . Ensuite rooms are £450 pcm but there is a small double for £ 395 pcm including council tax and broadband . The existing tenants are a professionals in their mid to late twenties ,who are friendly and easy to get on with . Both work and personal referances are required, and there is a short informal interview before acceptance . The apartment offers good value for its spaciousness , location and specification. It has been completely refurbished to listed buildings standards,and I would prefer someone who appreciates high quality .
