Hi, we have a spare room in a 6 bed flat where 2 girls and 3 boys currently live. We're a friendly group who study film, environmental conservation, product design and mechanical engineering. Our general interests are film, music and socialising.
The spare room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers, shelving unit and desk. We have o2 broadband set up in the flat as well as freeview TV and a wii in the living room. There are two toilet/shower rooms in the flat as well as a modernly fitted kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer and 2 fridge freezers.
The flat is approximately 20 minutes walking distance from the town centre and Sheffield Hallam University's City Campus and Sheffield University. Hallam's Collegiate Campus is about a 5 minute walk.
