The room has a single bed & a chest of drawers at the moment, I will buy other furniture to suit whoever moves in. The flat is equipped with all mod cons including Cable TV & Broadband internet. It has a balcony overlooking a golf course & there is a communal garden. You will be sharing the flat with one other, me. I like to think I'm clean and tidy so would like someone the same. Apart from that not hugely fussed!

Rent includes all bills apart from the telephone. Quite happy with any length of let.
