Downstairs there is a large farmhouse style kitchen shared with the other tenants, who are all friendly professional people. The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities including washing machine and tumble dryer. There is hot water all day and night. The rent on this particular room is £450 per month, including all bills and freeview and broadband. Although we do not offer parking there is ample parking on the road.. Brixworth is an ideal village to live, with lots of amenities ie Pubs, Restaurant, PO, Library, Coffee Shop, Butchers, Greengrocers etc. also within walking distance to Mercedes Benz, CPL etc. Nearby we also have Pitsford Reservoir for biking, fishing and sailing.
