Preferred room and flatmate description
£400 per month all inclusive except for cleaners and bits (approx £20 per mo) plus £400 deposit in 3 bed gay friendly townhouse. Available 2 November.
There is different furniture in the room than in the pictures but you can see the size: all new bed, desk, bookcases, etc. We can email a floor plan.
Single has walk-in closet with a sky-light & faces lawn & trees, neutral carpets, bed, desk, bookcase, etc.; next to main bath & shower on 2nd level of house; there's another toilet & sink on 1st level.
All rooms are on separate levels - kitchen is on ground floor and faces south facing garden; there's a garage for some storage, parking in front and back of house if you have a car; lounge is another level with sky TV/DVD (& a vinyl dj sound system which isn’t played that often!).
Close to public transport: Zone 2 - 10 min to Brixton on Victoria line, Tulse Hill and Streatham Hill overland close. Clapham Common is walk-able if you like to walk. There are lots of buses going to West End, Clapham, Sloane Square, Holborn, Kings Cross and London Bridge if you're bussing it. Amenities in Streatham, Balham (20 minutes walk) Brockwell Park, Clapham Common (20 minutes walk) , Brixton all close by. 3 large chain metro/locals close.
Sharing with guy and girl who both work in near the City- but who aren’t accountants or bankers(!) House is quiet & chilled altho we may rock the spotify on the weekends!
House has washer / dryer / dishwasher, gas cooker, high speed broadband wifi, Sky, all inclusive (except for maid & bits approximately £25 per month) We're looking for someone sociable but also respectful of those days when you just need space to yourself.
You can see the room most evenings after 7pm and anytime in the afternoon on the weekends.
