Preferred room and flatmate description

Double room for professional preferred S/SW Bristol area. Looking for long term renting (12 months+). Am light smoker but currently trying to give up and have always smoked outside anyway. I have no pets and although I have no problem with animals I can be mildly affected by pet fur (asthma, hayfever).

NOTE TO LANDLORDS: Recent room searches have shown there aren't many with pictures of the actual room itself! Whilst any photo is useful - the room is the most important IMHO!
